Special Rule: No Upper Income Cliff Through 2025

The American Rescue Plan removed the “subsidy cliff” at 400% FPL. This extension has been renewed and means households earning above 400% FPL may still receive subsidies if the benchmark plan costs more than 8.5% of their income.
